PRACTICE
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) are small cardio exercises that will boost necessary muscles for your yoga practice. 

10 minutes of warm-up - 20 minutes of HIIT and 20 minutes of yoga flow with a physical focus.

PRACTICE

An intense and dynamic vinyasa flow. Continuous without interruption the flow feels like a choreography on an RnB playlist in a transcendental atmosphere. Chest and hip openers, balances and ancestral rituals to master the goddess in you.

You need to stretch and move smoothly.

PRACTICE

An introspective practice! A vinyasa x yin flow with a Chill RnB & Soul playlist.
5 minutes of pranayama to breathe and regenerate, then 20 minutes of slow vinyasa to warm up the muscles followed by a 20-minute yin flow. We end with 10 minutes of savasana ... Heaven!
