PRACTICE
An introspective practice! A vinyasa x yin flow with a Chill RnB & SouL playlist. 5 minutes of pranayama to oxygenate and regenerate the body, then 20 minutes of smooth vinyasa to warm up the muscles followed by 20 minutes of yin flow. We finish with 10 minutes of savasana ... Heaven!

A slower based class that builds strength and heat with longer holds while exploring the details of breath and alignment.
